הפרויקט פותח במשרד משה צור האדריכלים ובוני עיר , במסגרתו השתתפתי בתכנון בניין .מגורים גבוה בן כ־40 קומות, הממוקם בלב רמת גן
מגדל רב-שימושי, הכולל שטחי מגורים ומשרדים, משלב פונקציות ציבוריות ומסחריות כחלק מהמרקם העירוני הפעיל. קומת הקרקע כוללת חזיתות פעילות כלפי הרחוב התורמים להחייאת הרחוב וליצירת סביבה עירונית תוססת.
יח"ד ששטחן כ־50 מ"ר, תוכננו לספק פתרון מגורים יעיל, נגיש ואיכותי עבור משפחות צעירות, צרכני הבניין ואוכלוסייה עירונית ניידת, המחפשת מגורים במרכז העיר.
באזור נפרד של הבניין שולבו מרחבים ציבוריים , המותאמים לאורח החיים של דיירי הבניין: ספרייה, חדר כושר ואזורים פותחים לעבודה במקום שקט. מרחבים אלה נועדו לחזק תחושת קהילה ולשפר את איכות החיים במתחם.
הקונספט האדריכלי נשען על רעיון של פיקסליזציה הדרגתית של חזית הבניין, המשקפת את השאיפה ל־"התפוגגות גורד השחקים בשמי העיר". מהלך צורני זה יוצר תחושת קלילות, דינמיות וזרימה אנכית, ומדגיש את הקשר שבין המסה האדריכלית לסביבה העירונית והנופית הסובבת.
The project was developed at Moshe Tzur Architects, where I was involved in the architectural design and development of a 40-story residential high-rise located in the heart of Ramat Gan.
The building integrates residential and office functions, creating a dynamic and multilayered urban structure. The ground floor is dedicated to commercial and public spaces that activate the street level and contribute to a vibrant urban atmosphere.
The typical residential units, averaging 50 m², were designed to provide efficient and comfortable living spaces, tailored for young families, professionals, and temporary residents seeking high-quality housing in the city center.
A separate wing of the tower accommodates shared communal areas, including a library, fitness center, and quiet zones for individual work, reflecting contemporary concepts of urban comfort and well-being. These spaces are intended to enhance social interaction and foster a sense of community among residents.
The architectural concept is driven by the idea of a gradual pixelation of the façade, symbolizing the tower’s “dissolution into the sky.” This formal gesture conveys lightness and visual permeability, establishing a dynamic dialogue between the building and its surrounding urban and natural context.
